Samsung smart tv deleted apps and wont download

Several of us are experiencing the same problem with tv's that have zero free memory. Same problem, different model UN65NU and there is no "clear cache" option. There has to be a way to free-up more storage or add additional storage. For instance, I clicked on an app from the list and it sometimes takes 30 secs to 1 minute to even go to the app page.

I hit the download button on a 15MB app and it has been over 20 minutes and it still isn't downloaded didn't time out, doesn't show progress - lots of usability issues here as well. I will not forgive this. OK, I think I found out how to fix this issue. The below permanently fixed my problem. Of course, I only have one Samsung Smart TV, so if you have more than one, you may need to scroll down to 5. For those with only one, you can stop at step 4.

Delete the older one. I set up TV Plus with my network login numerous times but every time I turn off my smart TV, it also logs out of the network. How can I have access to TV Plus without having to enter the network password each time? I have updated the software via USB. I have reset the TV numerous times. Neither of these did anything on my TV. Anyone have any other suggests while I wait again to hear back from Samsung?

Samsung service has just now fixed my TV. It works fine for UN74XX and above. I have a different problem- An app, Showtime Anytime automatically loads, uninitiated by me.

While playing a video game or watching something, the app automatically loads and this happens even after I uninstalled this app. It reinstalls itself and takes me right to the app, thereby ending my current session of Netflix, game etc. Having the same problems which all of you are. Same issue while trying to install HBO Max, then tried Plex to confirm it wasn't a problem specific to the app and that didn't work either This solution is hot trash.

A brand new tv should not have to be constantly unplugged. Make better products. If your set up is like mine and every wire and plug is a hassle to get to, simply hold down the power button on the remote.

The screen will turn off, but keep holding down.
